Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full Time Days Assistant Retirement Living Consultant to work at Lakeside located at 17475 Frances Street, Omaha, NE 68130. Lakeside has been voted “Best of Omaha” in the senior living category for 15 years. It has 89 independent, 49 assisted living and 12 memory support apartment homes along with 18 lofts.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required The overall purpose of this job is to serve as the backup to the Senior Retirement Consultant and contribute to meeting or exceeding community occupancy by working as a team to network, market and follow the Immanuel sales process with prospective residents and/or their families. The responsibilities of this job also include professionally representing Immanuel Communities in outreach to referral sources to build community awareness and relationships.

Skills & Requirements

Associate’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field.

One (1) year of experience in building and managing relationships in consultative sales, public relations or related industry is required.
