Our client is seeking experienced Tax professionals to join their growing Las Vegas practice. We are hiring across multiple levels —
Experienced Staff, Manager, and Partner
— with CPA requirements varying by level. This is an excellent opportunity for driven tax professionals who excel in client service, complex engagements, and contributing to firm growth.
We are considering both CPA-eligible Experienced Staff candidates and fully licensed CPAs for our Manager and Partner opportunities. (CPA

for Manager & Partner; CPA-eligible accepted for Experienced Staff.)
Tax Manager Overview The Tax Manager role is ideal for a CPA-credentialed professional who excels in client service, complex tax engagements, and leading high-performing teams. The Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients and play a key role in strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
Responsibilities (Manager-level)
Manage and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and exempt organizations.
Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to clients across a variety of industries.
Oversee engagement workflows, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Research and interpret tax laws, regulations, and guidance; prepare technical memos and recommendations.
Lead, mentor, and develop staff and seniors through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, value-added services, and firm growth.
Ensure compliance with firm policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Manager & Partner:
Active CPA license required.
Experienced Staff:
CPA-eligible candidates encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
5–7+ years of progressively responsible public accounting tax experience (for Manager).
Strong knowledge of federal and multistate tax regulations.
Experience managing client relationships and supervising staff (Manager/Partner).
Proficiency with tax software and research tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
