About The Role They're seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to manage and convert warm, qualified leads and guide clients through the selection, optimization, and renewal of their insurance coverage. This role is ideal for sales professionals who excel at consultative selling, relationship management, and consistently meeting performance objectives.
Requirements
1-2 years of inside sales experience required; prior experience in insurance sales is preferred but NOT required
Strong phone presence and consultative selling ability
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client interactions concurrently.
