What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
Educate movers on available home services and help them make informed decisions
Build trust and rapport with customers to create win‑win solutions
Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Log call notes and customer interactions in Salesforce
Work closely with teammates and leadership to continuously improve
Make up to 75 calls per day or 4 hours of call time daily
What We’re Looking For
A motivated, goal‑oriented person who loves helping people
Strong phone communication skills and a professional, friendly tone
Ability to ask the right questions, listen well, and overcome objections
Strong typing and computer navigation skills
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in your role
Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Inside sales or customer service experience
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
Spanish‑speaking abilities
Resilience and a drive to hit your goals—even on tough days
Compensation And Benefits
Base salary + uncapped commission
Warm leads provided—no cold calling
Short sales cycle (most close in under 5 days)
Paid training (9 classroom days + ramp‑up coaching over 5–8 months)
