HRIS Analyst

Our client is a nationwide franchising company with corporate offices here in Vancouver.
They are looking to add an HRIS Analyst to their team in their corporate office.
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the support and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System, compiling information for reporting, HR‑related payroll, and record‑keeping functions.

Overview Of The HRIS Analyst Role
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
Manage system configurations, upgrades, and overall system performance.
Create, run, and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support business decisions, compliance audits, and internal requests.
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities by interpreting HR data.
Establish company policies and ADP procedures, serving as a primary point of contact for ADP.
Audit ADP reports to verify timely and accurate payment of local, state, and federal payroll taxes, and follow up on any outstanding issues.
Develop and maintain reports to meet business needs and compliance requirements, and fulfill ad hoc data and audit requests.
Assist with team projects – partner with HR, IT, and vendors to improve HR processes through system enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications For The HRIS Analyst
Associate’s degree in Information Systems or Human Resources or other related field.
4+ years of related HRIS Analyst experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with HRIS platforms required, ADP preferred.
Intermediate Excel skillset.
