Recruiter Role The Recruiter role lays the foundation for a sales career. Recruiters learn about staffing services and sell them to clients by reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for hiring managers, and negotiating job offers.
Account Manager Role Account Managers are the front line, working with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies. They research, network, cold‑call, and build long‑term relationships, presenting staffing solutions to meet client needs.
Professional Recruiter Role Professional Recruiters focus on pairing top talent with client opportunities, providing ongoing support to ensure successful placements.
