Account Manager (Client‑Facing) Account Managers work directly with hiring managers of Fortune 1,000 companies. They initiate contact through networking and cold calls, then become valuable business consultants advising clients on hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and talent‑management best practices. They collaborate with the recruiting team to present qualified candidates and market data for each project, delivering high‑value solutions at pace.
Professional Recruiter (Consultant‑Facing) Professional Recruiters are experts who identify top talent and match them with clients and consultants. They nurture relationships with candidates and consultants, ensuring a world‑class experience throughout the placement and beyond. In 2024, they accounted for over 80% of all job placements.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary: $35,600–$62,000, plus a $5,000 Long‑Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) upon signing.
Professional Recruiters and Account Managers receive up to a $10,000 base salary increase upon promotion, plus monthly car and cell allowances and the chance to win annual sales contests (which include an all‑expenses‑paid trip to the Bahamas, LTIPs, and a cash bonus starting at $7,500).
Uncapped weekly commission allows Professional Recruiters and Account Managers to earn, on average, $73,000–$88,000 in their first promoted year, $121,000–$145,000 in the second, and $135,000–$194,000 in the third.
Benefit package begins day one, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, company‑paid life insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, paid parental leave, and paid sick leave.
Paid vacation: up to 10 days in the first year, 15 days after two years, and 20 days after five years.
11 paid holidays each calendar year.
