Responsibilities
Prospect daily by calls, texts, and emails to build relationships with potential clients.
Perform buyer and seller consultations to convert leads to clients.
Show homes and consult clients about homes available that meet their needs/wants.
Attend weekly team training and daily team huddles.
Analyze home prices for buyer and seller clients.
Negotiate on behalf of the client’s best interest.
Troubleshoot issues.
Support other team members and bring value to the team.
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs, and close the deal.
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and surrounding community.
Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.
Follow up with leads to increase sales.
Qualifications
Be willing to be humble enough to learn, hungry enough to work hard, and smart enough to navigate complicated situations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Top‑notch time management skills and highly organized.
Past sales experience preferred.
Driven, self‑motivated, and desires professional growth.
Tech savvy.
Compensation Compensation:
$76,000+ at plan earnings per year.
