About the Role We’re looking for entrepreneurial, curious, and well-connected GTM scouts who want to earn by referring founders to our free “Free Visibility Audit” and other paid offerings (e.g., Growth Sprints, business transformations). This is not a cold-call-heavy, SDR-style sales role, it’s a flexible, async-friendly way to monetize your network and learn modern GTM systems.
What You’ll Do
Refer founders, business owners, or operator-led SMBs to our free async audit
Get paid when they upgrade to a paid Sprint, Subscription or Protocol
Use your personal network, Slack groups, LinkedIn, founder communities, DMs, or newsletters
Optionally co-host webinars or private group audits for communities you already belong to
Who It’s For
Agency freelancers, ex-startup operators, RevOps talent, or BD-minded individuals with a founder-heavy network
People who want to earn commission by pointing founders to tools that help them win
Side-hustlers, full-time GTM people, orscoutslooking for high-leverage async opportunities
Compensation
Commission on paid Sprints (e.g., $50–$150 per deal)
Ongoing revenue share on MRR subscriptions products
