ARS Group was started in 2002 by Mike Paradee San Jose, CA. In 2012 we joined Trinity Logistics as an independent agent. In 2017 we opened an office in Charlotte, NC.

We will help you expand and hone your existing 3PL/Transportation knowledge

You will sell the full range of services we have to offer. Multi modal logistics encompassing all equipment types and specialties of full truck, partial truck, LTL, inter-modal, drayage, air, ocean, expedite, full managed transportation solutions and the software to back the customers needs.

Our intense focus on customer service has led to the organic growth that built our business. We want like-minded candidates who understand that to be the 1%, you have to be willing to put in more effort than the other 99%.

Requirements

Demonstrated history of acquiring new accounts / new business in a transportation / logistics sales position.

Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively combined with great follow up.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports, as well as ability to write reports and professional business correspondence.

Afterhours or weekend work as required by customer demands and/or seasonality typical to transportation.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM and BI systems helpful and generally strong computer skills.

Ability to learn new software and computer systems.

Disciplined organizational and multi-tasking skills required with a strong attention to detail.

Demonstrate the ability to connect with others on a personal level to create an openness and trust in the relationship whether with team members, customers, or stakeholders.

Base Salary + uncapped commission.

Company match 4% 401K.
