Job Overview

ARS Group is seeking driven sales professionals to expand and hone existing 3PL/Transportation knowledge and sell the full range of services we offer. We focus on multi‑modal logistics encompassing all equipment types and specialties of full truck, partial truck, LTL, inter‑modal, drayage, air, ocean, expedite, and full managed transportation solutions and the software to back the customers’ needs. Requirements

Demonstrated history of acquiring new accounts/new business in a transportation/logistics sales position. Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively combined with great follow‑up. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports, plus write reports and professional business correspondence. After hours or weekend work as required by customer demands and/or seasonality typical to transportation. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with familiarity with CRM and BI systems helpful and generally strong computer skills. Ability to learn new software and computer systems. Disciplined organizational and multi‑tasking skills required with a strong attention to detail. Demonstrates the ability to connect with others on a personal level to create an openness and trust in the relationship whether with team members, customers, or stakeholders. Benefits
