The Role As an
SDR , you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners over the phone. Your mission isn’t to close the sale on the spot — it’s to start conversations, build trust, and schedule confirmed appointments for our outside sales team.
What You’ll Do
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to homeowners and incoming leads.
Share information on home upgrades like roofing, windows, painting, and landscaping.
Build rapport and generate qualified, confirmed appointments for sales reps.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and update lead information consistently.
Participate in team training and continuously sharpen your sales skills.
