Run pre‑set, confirmed appointments with qualified homeowners in and around Richmond, Va (no cold calling)
Conduct in‑home consultations and present tailored solutions for exterior and interior home improvement projects
Lead customers through our proven sales systems
Collaborate with a dedicated sales support team to maximize success
Attend ongoing sales training and coaching sessions to stay sharp and competitive
