What We’re Looking For We are actively seeking experienced home improvement sales professionals with a proven track record of closing deals and delivering results in an in‑home sales setting in the Richmond, Va market. The right candidate is:
Highly motivated and goal‑oriented
Skilled in one‑call close sales strategies
Comfortable managing a consultative, in‑home client experience
Eager to grow with a company that invests in its people
What You’ll Do
Run pre‑set, confirmed appointments with qualified homeowners in and around Richmond, Va. (no cold calling!)
Conduct in‑home consultations and present tailored solutions for exterior and interior home improvement projects
Lead customers through our proven sales systems
Collaborate with a dedicated sales support team to maximize success
Attend ongoing sales training and coaching sessions to stay sharp and competitive
What We Offer
Uncapped Commission. Earn $150K+ annually
No Cold Calling – We Provide the Leads. All appointments are set, confirmed, and qualified for you
