We are looking for a Field Manager for a growing team at an installation, manufacturing and distribution company in
Jacksonville, Florida with our Multi Family division . We provide building materials for the residential building market statewide with locations in Jacksonville, Sanford, Clermont, Melbourne, Winter Haven, Tampa and Fort Myers. We are the largest independent turnkey supplier for lumber, truss, doors, and windows for general contractors, multifamily and single-family builders.

The applicant will be working closely with Superintendents; therefore, they will need to be friendly and communicative. The applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule and adjust easy to change. This is a fast-moving job that requires quick thinking and accuracy in quality of work.
Abilities and Requirements
Ability to lead a group of construction superintendents
Detail Oriented and Organized
Basic knowledge in Microsoft office
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
5 plus years of supervisory experience (Preferred)
Finished carpentry experience (Preferred)
Warranty or Defective Product Assessment (Preferred)
Physical Limitations and Benefits
Heavy Lifting, Long Periods of Standing
Long Periods of working outdoors and on active construction sites
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability after 30 days
PTO (2 weeks a year first 2 years)
