Overview
We are looking for a Field Manager for a growing team at an installation, manufacturing and distribution company in the South Orlando and Lakeland, Florida markets with our Multi Family division. We provide building materials for the residential building market statewide with locations in Jacksonville, Sanford, Clermont, Melbourne, Winter Haven, Tampa and Fort Myers. We are the largest independent turnkey supplier for lumber, truss, doors, and windows for general contractors, multifamily and single‑family builders.

The applicant will be working closely with superintendents; therefore, they must be friendly and communicative. The applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule and adapt easily to change. This is a fast‑moving job that requires quick thinking and accuracy in quality of work.
Abilities
Ability to lead a group of construction superintendents
Detail oriented and organized
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5+ years of supervisory experience (Preferred)
Finished carpentry experience (Preferred)
Warranty or defective product assessment (Preferred)
Physical Limitations
Heavy lifting, long periods of standing
Long periods working outdoors and on active construction sites
Medical, dental, vision, life insurance; short‑term and long‑term disability after 30 days
PTO (2 weeks per year for first 2 years)
