ROLE SUMMARY As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and strengthening customer relationships across your territory. You’ll combine market research with direct client engagement—through meetings, presentations, and networking—to identify needs and craft tailored automation solutions. Collaboration with internal teams will ensure customer requirements are met with precision and value.
In This Role, You Will
Understand customer needs and industry trends to identify strategic opportunities.
Develop and expand business within existing accounts while targeting new markets and technologies.
Build strong relationships with decision‑makers at both operational and executive levels.
Establish territory priorities aligned with ATC’s overall growth goals.
Lead new market entry in Transportation, Consumer Products, and Medical Device assembly.
Direct and support Sales Reps to achieve territory goals.
Represent ATC at trade shows and industry events, driving visibility and engagement.
Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in ATC’s CRM.
Report regularly on progress, adjusting strategies as needed to hit performance targets.
