What You’ll Be Doing
Answering customer inquiries and scheduling service calls.
Acting as the first point of contact, delivering empathetic and solutions‑focused service.
Coordinating with Mallick Team members to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.
Supporting customer retention and satisfaction with a positive, problem‑solving attitude.
What We’re Looking For
Willingness to Learn: We will happily provide you with all the resources and knowledge to be successful. We just ask you bring a positive attitude and commit to consistently growing your skills.
Customer‑First Focus: You genuinely enjoy helping people and can actively listen to identify and resolve issues.
Reliability: Your teammates can depend on you to assist with scheduling and daily operations.
Positivity: You’re eager to learn, ask questions, and bring energy to your role every day.
BONUS: Service Titan Experience: Familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus, but NOT required. If you’re new to it, don’t worry – we will provide training to get you up to speed quickly.

Location: Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Gaithersburg, MD, before starting.
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $18 - $22 Hourly
