Position Overview We are seeking a driven and relationship‑focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team at SIPS Healthcare Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building sponsorship and vendor partnerships for ScrubBALL and other strategic events.
This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on networking, enjoys working with healthcare leaders, and wants to make an impact while earning high‑performance commission income.
Responsibilities
Prospect and identify new sponsorship and vendor sales opportunities
Present and promote sponsorship packages and vendor table sales for ScrubBALL and other healthcare events
Leverage your professional network of business owners, healthcare professionals, executives, and organizational leaders to drive sales
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Represent SIPS Healthcare Solutions and its events professionally in all interactions
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, fundraising, or business development
Strong existing network of business owners, healthcare professionals, executives, and decision-makers (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable prospecting and closing sales with executives and business leaders
Passion for healthcare, events, or community engagement is a plus
Preferred Background
B2B (Business‑to‑Business) sales
Event sponsorship or vendor sales
Medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales
Fundraising or nonprofit development
Relationship‑driven sales roles requiring executive‑level decision‑making
Benefits This is a commission‑based opportunity designed for individuals who want to maximize earnings by leveraging their networks and closing deals.
Sponsorship Packages: 10% commission
Table Sales: 10% commission
Average Sponsorship = $7,500 → $750 commission
