Summer Day Camp Director: Safe, Engaging Programs

Duties
Supervise participants at Summer Day Camp ensuring safety of participants and facilitating recreational programs.
Ensure sign in and sign out of each participant.
Facilitate special events including but not limited to 4th Fest.
Responsible for maintaining facility and securing at end of day.
Clean and sanitize food preparation equipment according to Safe Food Handling Practices.
Maintain recreational equipment and notify when equipment needs replacement.
Create staff schedules.
Create supply lists.
Ensure all participants are registered.
Shall perform all other related duties as assigned.
Customer Satisfaction
Display customer service with greetings, surveys, and acknowledgments.
Handle customer concerns promptly and provide feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Work Days/Times/Hours
Schedule M-F 7:15 a.m.–5:45 p.m. during summer hours. Additional nights and weekends for special events may be required.
Must have and maintain, without interruption, all necessary licenses, certifications, clearances, and/or job requirements.
Works the assigned schedule and complies with the City's timekeeping and attendance policy.
