Account Manager – Amazon Global Selling, Vietnam
Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager in Vietnam to market Amazon’s global marketplaces and identify, target, and manage a pipeline of sellers of all sizes. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for sellers located in Vietnam, helping them launch and grow their business on Amazon’s global marketplaces.
About Amazon Global Selling Amazon Global Selling operates in 21 countries and is a major contributor to Amazon’s unit sales. The role involves promoting Amazon’s vision of the world’s largest product selection and lowest prices by attracting local sellers to list their products on the platform.
Core Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new sellers and assist sellers to drive sales and meet individual and team targets.
Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of prospective sellers.
Engage with prospective sellers to understand their needs and gauge fit with Amazon Services product set; cultivate interest to sell on Amazon.
Assist sellers during onboarding process; manage timeline and action plan to ensure sellers start selling on time according to plan.
Use metrics to guide work and increase sellers’ productivity.
Understand and utilize Salesforce CRM tools to track account information and status of prospective sellers and respond to business forecasts.
Develop a clear understanding of the Selling on Amazon products, features, and functionalities; drive feature adoption among sellers to meet operational metrics.
Key Projects and Collaboration Work closely with other Amazon product teams, category managers, and internal stakeholders to scale Global Selling outreach and bring unique selection to all Amazon platforms.
