What We Need: Join us as an Account Executive and leverage your proven, goal‑driven mindset, fast‑paced work ethic, and exceptional client service skills.

What You’ll Do:

Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.

Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver compelling sales presentations powered by data.

What You’ll Need:

You should be self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, an expert negotiator, and proactive.

Capable of planning and multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment.

Comfortable with cold‑calling and lead generation outreach.

A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).

Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.

Strong problem‑solving skills that help the business grow.

Experience in Digital/Media Sales is a plus but not required.

Ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks.

Nice‑to‑haves include managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics experience, iHeart and/or audio advertising background, and a well‑connected market presence.

Week 1: Complete onboarding and job‑specific training.

Compensation: Salary ranges from $40,000 to $50,000, with commissions ranging from 5.0% to 15.0%.
