SALARY
$115,000 to $135,000 + Executive Benefits + Bonus + 401K

Our client, is a well-known and respected 100+ person broker seeks an account executive that is familiar with larger middle market business ($200,000 to $2 million premium) who can manage a $2 million income book, lead a small team and be an integral part growing the book.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience servicing larger clients
Excellent knowledge of markets and products
Capable of multi-tasking and working on multiple projects simultaneously
Relationship management and conflict resolution skills
Must have current NYS Property and Casualty license
Responsibilities
Involvement in the marketing of new and renewal business
Evaluating existing policies and coverage and recommending improvement
Service and develop the assigned book of business
Deliver positive consistent interaction with clients and markets
Prepare and deliver renewal and new business presentations
Regularly attend client and prospect meetings
Identifies exposure to loss and recommends appropriate solutions
