Our client, a terrific large line brokerage, seeks an Associate Account Manager to assist a senior account executive and technical assistant in managing and marketing 15 larger mid‑market clients.
Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day client services to large construction clients
Assist with the marketing of new and renewal business
Expedite client and carrier requests
Identify problems and make recommendations
Qualifications
The right combination of professionalism, ambition, and common sense
Minimum 2 years of insurance experience servicing clients
Knowledge of construction and real‑estate markets and products helpful
Capable of multitasking and working on multiple projects simultaneously
Relationship management and conflict resolution skills
Must have current NYS Property and Casualty license
Knowledge of Applied EPIC or the analogous system is a plus
