This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager/Sales Associate on our Employee Benefits team, located in Melville, NY, with flexibility for partial remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and serving as a trusted advisor in insurance and risk management services. Key activities include analyzing clients’ needs, presenting suitable insurance solutions, maintaining ongoing communication, and assisting with client queries and renewals. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identifying opportunities to expand client portfolios. Qualifications

Strong customer relationship management and communication skills to understand and address client needs effectively. Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Knowledge of insurance products and financial services, with experience in providing risk management solutions. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the insurance, risk management, or financial services industry is an advantage.
