About the Job Trailer Mechanics are responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on semi-trailers to ensure they are safe and compliant with regulatory standards. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, technical expertise and strong knowledge of trailer systems and components.

What we offer:
$25-$35/hour starting pay based on experience.
Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonuses after 90 days.
Shop and mobile positions available.
Paid holidays.
401(k) after 1 year.
Overtime after 40 hours. Bi-weekly paychecks.
Full time work.
Clothing & Boot allowance after 90 days.
Tools supplied by RSS.
On-Site Paid Training.

Responsibilities
Inspect and diagnose all trailer systems.
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components.
Perform preventative maintenance on trailers and parts, including but not limited to: ABS, frame, body, doors, tires and electrical systems.
Independently motivated professional, dedicated to providing top-notch service.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers.
Properly operate the mobile Service Truck.
Work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment to maximize fleet availability.
Follow all safety requirements while servicing trailers and while driving the Service Truck.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Trailer Mechanic.
Strong knowledge of trailer repair and maintenance techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to pass a DOT physical and Drug Screen.
