We are an exciting, brand newKia dealership locatedin the rapidly growing community of Southaven, MS, and we’re building our founding sales team! This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the ground up while representing one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the industry.
About the Role As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will deliver a modern, transparent, and customer-focused buying experience. You’ll help customers find the perfectnew or pre-owned vehicle to fit their lifestyle while building long‑term relationships in our community. Paperwork not your thing? You're perfect for us; we have embraced the digital lifestyle and have laptops and tablets for every salesperson.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in person, online, and by phone
Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
Build trust and long-term customer relationships
Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and referrals
Maintain knowledge of Kia products, features, and incentives
Accurately complete sales documentation and CRM notes
What We’re Looking For
Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and people skills
High energy, positive attitude, and self‑motivation
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
