We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Southaven Kia service department.
Role Responsibilities
Greet customers and manage the service lane experience from write‑up to delivery. Accurately document customer concerns and recommend maintenance and repairs. Communicate clearly with technicians, parts, and management. Manage workflow, follow‑up, and repair status updates. Drive customer satisfaction, service retention, and first‑visit resolution. Ensure repair orders meet manufacturer and dealership standards. Uphold safety, compliance, and quality control expectations. Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment. Brand‑specific certification (Kia preferred) or equivalent OEM certification – required. Strong understanding of service processes, warranty guidelines, and repair order accuracy. Proven customer service, communication, and sales skills.
