Southaven Kia is seeking an Experienced Lube Technician who brings strong attendance, positive energy, and a competitive mindset to the shop every day.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in showing up, doing quality work, and growing their career in a professional Kia service environment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and basic maintenance Follow Kia and dealership service procedures Maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness standards Communicate clearly with advisors and technicians Support shop flow and meet productivity expectations Maintain a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous lube or express service experience preferred Strong attendance and reliability required Competitive, motivated, and task-oriented Positive attitude with a solid work ethic Coachable and eager to learn and advance Team player who contributes to a positive shop culture WHY SOUTHAVEN KIA
