Sales Executive (Full-Cycle – Government Software) Job Posting: Sales Executive (Full-Cycle – Government Software)

We’re looking for a

high-performing Sales Executive

to join ezJustice and lead full-cycle sales across our growing suite of justice software solutions. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role focused on identifying opportunities, driving demos, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term partnerships with courts, clerks, probation, law enforcement, and other government agencies.

This position requires someone who understands how to sell into public-sector environments, navigates decision-making hierarchies with confidence, and can move deals forward while earning trust and creating champions.

Travel Required: Yes (approx. 30% for conferences, onsite demos, and customer relationship building)

Key Responsibilities

Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders in targeted jurisdictions

Conduct direct outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking to build a strong prospect list

Leverage customer referrals and partner networks to drive new introductions

Product Demonstrations & Consultative Selling

Conduct high-impact demos tailored to the prospect’s department and workflow

Listen for pain points and articulate how ezJustice meets their needs

Navigate multi-stakeholder sales with empathy and persistence

Proposal Development & Negotiation

Prepare proposals and pricing with support from leadership

Manage RFP responses and documentation (with internal support as needed)

Negotiate terms, timelines, and expectations while maintaining trust and confidence

Relationship Management & Trust Building

Build lasting relationships with court leadership, IT teams, and department heads

Host and attend in-person meetings, site visits, dinners, and conference events

Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure strong handoffs and retention

Sales Strategy & Collaboration

Work with the Chief Sales Officer and product leadership to refine go-to-market strategies

Track activity in HubSpot and report sales metrics regularly

Share field insights to influence marketing, product direction, and positioning

Ideal Candidate

3–7 years of full-cycle B2B or govtech sales experience (preferably selling SaaS to public sector)

Strong demo and presentation skills—comfortable on Teams and in a courtroom

Excellent communicator and relationship builder—knows how to gain trust across roles

Highly organized and self-driven—can manage multiple deals across long cycles

Experience selling into courts, municipalities, or law enforcement a strong plus

Comfortable traveling ~30–40% to meet with prospects, attend conferences, and support customer relationships
