Senior Local Account Manager - Hungary
Base - 60/40 split + Car Allowance
We have an opportunity for an
Account Manager
to join our team in Hungary, as we grow our business, and we want to further expand in our core markets like Retail, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing and Healthcare.
Our Account Manager will be a dedicated sales professional with broad knowledge of the channels and wider customer eco-system needed to further develop the market for our portfolio which mixes hardware such as tablets, printers, scanners, RFID readers and tracking products with software to offer innovative solutions to our customers.
Further develop existing business within the customer base, exploring and developing new sales opportunities for products and solutions and identifying new customers in the sector. Building a strong network within our customers and resellers, consultancy firms and independent software vendors, to uncover opportunities and evangelize our market‑leading range of products and solutions that help our customer to further improve their operations.
You will join a highly motivated and encouraging Hungarian team consisting of Account Managers, Channel Managers and Sales Engineers.
Actively engage end‑user accounts to nurture existing business and furthermore identify, develop, and enhance sales opportunities driving incremental revenue
Enthusiastically sell our portfolio across hardware and software
Identify key partners (to be nurtured by our channel sales organization) that could support account growth and enable the company’s ambition and to have the broadest partner, ISV and alliance ecosystem.
We are looking for an outstanding team‑player who loves to collaborate to get results; curious in nature and with an inventive, determined attitude. Demonstrable understanding of end‑user customers and relevant partners in our core markets is important.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering
3-5 years of applicable work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent Hungarian and English language skills are required;
Uses advanced domain/solutions knowledge to competitive advantage
Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; creates customer partnerships
Experience in operating successfully in a multinational, matrix organization will be an advantage;
A self‑starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
