Account Manager - BENELUX - Transport & Logistics
Hybrid / Remote - Ideally Utrecht
Working with a Leader in both Hardware and Software solutions, you as a Key Account Manager will be responsible for achieving multi-million sales goals within assigned end-user manufacturing accounts, taking ownership of senior levels relationships and leading business development activities to ensure we drive brand preference for our portfolio of innovative products and services.
This is a role where you will be looking after just over 60 revenue generating accounts. Your main goal will be to open these accounts up more, generate more revenue.
If you are a natural sales person, relationship builder or business individual that wants to work with one of the leading Technology companies globally, then this could be for you. No experience in Technology required.
Responsibilities
Actively engage specific end-user. Identify, develop, and enhance sales opportunities and drive incremental revenue Initiate and build solid working relationships with diverse customer & partner decision makers and influencers, leading customer presentations and creating propositions Proactively focus on the value of solutions encompassing a wide range of products and services, setting brand preference for our portfolio. Leverages relationships with other business units and external partners to deliver solution, planning and mobilising internal resources. Cultivate relationships with partners to drive account revenue, ensuring the broadest partner, ISV and alliance ecosystem to ensure we are designed in as part of the overall solution. Develop and maintain relationships with accounts that are of high strategic importance to the business as well as accounts to be farmed. Consistently deliver high levels of customer service. Works with cross functional teams to build appropriate engagement to deliver revenue targets. Qualifications
2+ years of applicable work experience, or be a natural hunter & farmer. Your attitude and drive to build out this marketing against competitors Training will be provided. We are hiring more for personality and potential as opposed to experience or knowledge expertise in SaaS/Hardware or tech solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good listening and presentation skills in both Dutch and English An excellent team player with proven experience of operating successfully in a multinational, matrix organisation Demonstrable business development skills Significant experience of building business development alignment with both internal teams and external partner channels Must be able to effectively coordinate across various groups and functional teams both inside and outside of the business. Self-starter who enjoys working in a team to accomplish goals Good attention to detail Willingness to travel
