Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal or Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior legal leadership. This role focuses on transactional support, document management, compliance tracking, and administrative legal functions. The ideal candidate is self‑directed, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a structured, onsite setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and organize legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Assist with closing processes by coordinating documentation and ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Monitor and manage key dates, deadlines, and filing requirements.
Support legal matters by maintaining organized files and coordinating with external partners as needed.
Assist with entity‑related documentation and compliance tracking.
Partner with internal teams to support transactional and reporting needs.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proactively manage workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant within a real estate or corporate legal environment.
Working knowledge of real estate transactions, including title documentation and settlement statements.
Experience coordinating with third‑party vendors and managing legal filings.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow‑through.
Confident, professional demeanor with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal document systems preferred.
Paralegal certification or equivalent hands‑on experience preferred.

Full‑time, onsite position
Standard business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
