Nashua Hyundai is looking to add a Sales Manager to its Management Team! We are in search of an individual who is self‑motivated with a vision and the adaptability for modern practices. The right individual will either have experience in a management position or a top performing sales representative.
Responsibilities
Hire, train, manage and lead a team of automotive sales representatives
Set sales goals, track progress, and manage team to achieve and exceed those quotas
Lead a sales team in prospecting potential customers
Ability to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
