The Role: The Channel Sales Manager will oversee the Midwestern United States, with the ideal candidate centrally located within the region. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s expansion across established and developing Midwestern markets, focusing on building and managing relationships with wholesalers and pre-hung door facilities. The position requires the establishment of new sales channels while maintaining strong connections with existing partners. With a significant amount of travel (75% field time), you’ll play a direct role in strengthening the company’s market presence. Flexible working hours are offered to accommodate customer needs, making this a highly dynamic and engaging position for motivated professionals.
Benefits and Compensation:
Base salary range of $100,000–$110,000.
Competitive commission plan.
