What will you do?
Define and implement the
global foodservice channel strategy , tools, and best practices in collaboration with HQ and regional teams.
Drive business growth and profitability
through customer mapping, market penetration, and sales excellence initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
key global accounts
and identify new opportunities.
Recruit, develop, and inspire
high-performing global and local sales teams .
Support Business Units in
aligning product strategies
with foodservice market needs.
Lead
digital transformation projects
to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure achievement of budgeted results (sales, GM, PM, OPEX) for the channel.
Who are we looking for?
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the global food service industry.
Proven leadership experience with P&L responsibility and strong strategy execution skills.
Expertise in sales management and familiarity with cross-functional environments (marketing, finance, supply chain).
Strong analytical mindset, data-driven approach, and ability to manage change.
Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
Flexible, culturally aware, and willing to travel internationally (30–40%).
