Personal Lines Account Coordinator – Private Client Group The Personal Lines Account Coordinator supports the Account Mangers in the Private Client Group by providing comprehensive administrative to support to assist them with their daily tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Take part in the new business process by gathering quotes and crafting thoughtful proposals
Help with renewals by preparing documents, updating client details, and following up on any pending items
Handle customer policy changes with care and efficiency to ensure timely updates
Stay in touch with carriers and clients to keep transactions moving smoothly
Keep records neat and accurate within the agency management system
Team up with account managers on administrative tasks to deliver top-notch service
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, flexible and disciplined
Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environment
Experience:
2+ years’ applicable job experience, preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required
Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, preferred
Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred
Proven track record in customer service; preferred
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Familiarity with database applications, a plus
