Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager
to join our
Concord, MA

RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert support on personal insurance needs, policy renewals, claims, and updates
Review and analyze clients’ current policies, recommending tailored coverage solutions to best fit their individual needs
Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products, enhancing client protection and agency growth
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience
Actively contribute to new business sales efforts, acquiring new personal lines policies and earning commission-based incentives
Stay current on industry trends and policy changes to provide informed, up-to-date guidance to clients
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and support agency success
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager
Valid Massachusetts Property & Casualty License, preferred
Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and services
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency with agency management software; Applied Epic experience preferred
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

The salary range is $55k to $75k. This role is commission eligible.
