Responsibilities

Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers in Spain.

Existing network of potential customers

Systematic acquisition of new customers via personal networks and targeted acquisition.

Preparing and implementing sales talks and product presentations.

Participation in trade fairs and events in Spain, and internationally if necessary, with professional follow-up of contacts.

Market, competition and customer analysis to identify new opportunities and trends

Preparation of quotations in coordination with engineering/service and follow-up until conclusion.

Maintaining the CRM system (leads, opportunities and forecasts) and providing regular reports to the sales management team.

Cooperating with internal departments (engineering, after-sales and marketing) to develop customer-specific solutions.

Supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns for Spain.

Profile

Several years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in mechanical engineering/industrial goods

Proven success in acquiring new customers, developing accounts and closing deals

Language skills: native Spanish; very good English; German advantageous

Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and confident negotiation abilities

Structured and independent working style, with a willingness to travel extensively within Spain

Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office

Team player with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in an understandable way
