As a Sales Executive based in Europe, UK or Ireland you will be a key driver of revenue growth, responsible for expanding our footprint in the EMEA region and beyond. This role is ideal for a high-performing SaaS sales professional who thrives in complex enterprise environments and wants to make a measurable impact. Job requirements

Proven SaaS Sales Expertise:

5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with a track record of consistently exceeding quota. Complex Deal Experience:

Skilled in managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations. Executive Communication:

Ability to confidently engage and influence senior decision-makers. Entrepreneurial Mindset:

Self-starter with strong business acumen and proactive problem-solving skills. Collaborative Approach:

Team player who thrives in a matrixed environment. Language Skills:

Fluent German and strong business English. Education:

Degree in business, economics, or technology preferred; equivalent experience considered. Job responsibilities

Enterprise Customer Acquisition:

Own the full sales cycle for large, complex enterprises in EMEA, from prospecting to close. Strategic Territory Growth:

Develop and execute territory plans, including joint business plans and close strategies, to consistently exceed revenue targets. Value-Based Selling:

Conduct deep discovery to uncover pain points and deliver compelling solutions focused on business outcomes - not just features. Executive Engagement:

Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (Finance, Treasury, IT) and influence multi-threaded buying committees. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Marketing, SDRs, Solution Consultants, and leadership to orchestrate successful deal strategies. Pipline Management & Forecasting:

Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and deliver data-driven forecasts to support revenue planning. Market Development:

Collaborate on targeted campaigns and events to generate demand and strengthen TIS’s brand presence. Continuous Improvement:
