So, what will the Superintendent at Terrestris do? As the Superintendent, you will lead daily operations for the W. Kerr Scott Reservoir O&M contract, managing personnel, task performance, and safety. The project spans 1,475 surface acres of water, 5,775 acres of land, 12 recreation parks, 40 miles of trails, dams, facilities, and year-round public infrastructure, supporting peak and off-peak operational demands continuously.

What does a typical day look like for the Superintendent? You will:

Manage dailyoperations across all technical provisions for reservoir operations,maintenance, and minor construction.

Supervisemultidisciplinary field staff supporting parks, trails, daminfrastructure, buildings, and utilities.

Coordinatemaintenance activities across 12 recreation areas and approximately 40miles of trails.

Plan and adjuststaffing for peak and off-peak operational seasons and visitor demand.

Serve as primaryon-site liaison with COR, QAR, park rangers, and contracting officials.

Attend briefings,planning sessions, and other Government-designated meetings.

Oversee emergencyresponse, after-hours call-outs, and unscheduled Level II service orders.

Manage use andaccountability of Government-furnished equipment, vehicles, andfacilities.

Review work orders,schedules, and daily reports within the FEM/Maximo maintenance system.

Ensure continuity ofservices supporting 1,475-acre reservoir and 5,775 acres of surroundingland, one Visitor Assistance Center & Environmental Education Center,12 formal recreation park areas, and 40 miles of trail.

What qualifications do you look for? You might be the professional we’re looking for if you have:

Authorization to work in the U.S. permanentlywithout sponsorship.

A minimum of (2) years of experience in the management of similaror closely related Operation and Maintenance contracts (multi-disciplinaryfederal O&M program, operating under a seasonally variable workload,requiring management of Level I routine and preventive maintenance and Level IInon-routine and emergency service orders for diverse facilities: educationcenters, dam and related structures, roads, utilities, buildings, etc.).

In-depth knowledge of USACE safety and health requirements,including EM 385-1-1 and OSHA-related safety obligations. Advanced OSHAcertification preferred.

Experience applying USACE safety, environmental, and qualitycontrol requirements.

A track record of managing documentation and reportingrequirements, including submittals, plans, and quality records.

Excellent communication in English (written and oral). Ability toparticipate and lead client-facing meetings and communications.

Ability to successfully complete a background investigation.
