KeyResponsibilities

Leadprocessassessments,documentcurrent-stateprocesses,anddesignfuture-stateworkflows.

Facilitateclientworkshopstogatherrequirementsandalignstakeholders.

Documentbusinessrequirements,functionalspecifications,userstories,andprocessmaps.

Recommendbestpractices,processimprovements,andsolutionapproaches.

Createwireframes,mockups,andconceptualdesignstocommunicatesolutionideas.

Deliverproductdemosandprototypewalkthroughstovalidaterequirements.

Definedataandintegrationneeds,systemflows,andinformationarchitecture.

Managesmalltomid-sizeprojects,includingscope,risks,andtimelines.

Collaboratewithtechnicalteamstoensureaccuratesolutiondelivery.

Supportchangemanagement,trainingplans,anduseradoptionactivities.

Requirements

15+yearsofBusinessAnalysisexperience,includinghands-onProjectManagementresponsibilities.

Experienceworkinginconsultingfirms.

Strongfacilitationskills-abletoleadsessionsindependentlyandengagestakeholders.

FamiliaritywithERPprocessese.g.finance,supplychain,manufacturing,fieldservices,and/oroperations.

Proficiencyincreatingwireframesandmockups(Figma,Balsamiq,Miro,etc.).

Abilitytodeliverhigh-qualitydemosthatclearlyarticulatethesolutionvision.

Solidunderstandingofenterprisesystems,dataflows,andintegrations.

NicetoHave ExperienceinEnergy,Manufacturing,orIndustrialServices.
