Home Care Specialist - Multiple Locations throughout Dane County!

What does a day in this role look like? Community Living Alliance is looking to hire an experienced, friendly, and reliable caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care to wonderful clients in the comfort of their own homes. If you are looking to provide quality care while working in a positive and friendly environment, this position is for you. These positions are throughout Dane County.
Clients, Locations, and Schedules: Clients and schedules vary by location. Some examples include:
Fitchburg – Days M-F, with varied shift times.
Deforest – Saturday and Sunday shifts 8:30‑11 a.m.
Cambridge – Monday‑Friday shifts 2:30‑5:30 p.m.
East Madison – Tuesday‑Saturday shifts, with Saturday‑Sunday availability 7‑9 p.m.
West Madison Mall – Monday‑Friday 5‑9 p.m.
Masomanie – 2 hour shifts any day, shower 2× week.
Tasks (Not limited to)
Personal cares (Includes but not limited to)
Showering/grooming
G‑tube
Dressing
Meal preparation
Transfers/repositioning
Toileting (Full assist)
Bowel programs
Housekeeping
Benefits
Pay starts at $15.50/hr + $1/hr extra on weekends
Paid travel time between clients

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
MUST have a vehicle (travel for grocery shopping)
18+ years of age
Own a smart phone for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
Authorized to work in the United States
Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds
