What does a day in this role look like?
Community Living Alliance is looking to hire an experienced, friendly, and reliable caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care to wonderful clients in the comfort of their own homes. If you are looking to provide quality care while working in a positive and friendly environment, this position is for you! These positions are throughout Dane County.
Clients, Locations, and Schedules
Client A – Fitchburg – Bus: Yes – Days: M‑F, M‑W‑F, T‑TH, Sat‑Sun – AM: 6:15‑7:45, 7:30‑9:30 – PM: 4:30‑7:30, 5‑8, 6‑8:30 – Complex Cares: Yes
Client B – Deforest – Bus: No – Days: Sat‑Sun – AM: 8:30‑11 – PM: 6‑8:30 – Complex Cares: Yes
Client C – Cambridge – Bus: No – Days: M‑F – PM: 2:30‑5:30 – Complex Cares: Yes
Client D – East Madison – Bus: No – Days: T‑Sat, Sat‑Sun – AM: 7‑9 – PM: 8‑10 – Complex Cares: Yes
Client E – East Madison – Bus: Yes – Days: M‑Th‑F‑Sun, W‑TH‑Sun – PM: 3‑4, 8‑10 – Complex Cares: Yes
Client F – Mazomanie – Bus: No – Days: 2 hrs any day (shower 2x week) – Flexible AM, PM, Complex Cares: No
Client G – West Madison – Bus: Mall – Days: M‑F – PM: 5‑9 – Complex Cares: Yes

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
MUST have a vehicle (travel for grocery shopping)
18+ years of age
Own a Smart Phone for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
Authorized to work in the United States
Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds
