Role Description This is a hybrid role for a 1099 Independent Medical Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling wound care, biologics, and ortho-fusion products to healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities include maintaining and expanding customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and staying informed about the latest products and industry trends. Sales Representatives can work from anywhere as long as they are in the hospital and OR when needed and able to perform regular travel to client locations.
Qualifications
Medical Sales skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
Proven ability to meet sales targets and achieve goals
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting
Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is an advantage
Support
Healing Strategies as a distributorship assists Sales Reps with managing their business in the following ways: manufacturer, product and hospital relationship management, product training, marketing materials, commission and payment management.
Compensation
This is a 1099 position.

Commissions vary depending on the product
