Role Summary We are seeking experienced 1099 Independent Sales Representatives in Tennessee with established client bases in the medical or healthcare field. This role is ideal for professionals already representing complementary medical devices or products and looking to expand their portfolio with an innovative cryosurgery solution. As an independent representative, you will leverage your existing relationships to introduce our products, drive sales, and grow market presence in your territory.
Key Responsibilities Promote and sell H&O cryosurgery devices to healthcare professionals and facilities Leverage existing client relationships to introduce and integrate our products Identify new business opportunities within your territory Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications Provide feedback from the field to inform marketing and product strategies Represent H&O Equipments professionally at meetings, events, and demonstrations
Qualifications Proven track record as a successful 1099 independent sales representative Established client base within healthcare, medical devices, or related industries Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to work independently and manage your own territory Experience introducing innovative products into existing portfolios Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare market (preferred)
