O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable property management company to find their next Assistant Property Manager. This position is based in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in property management operations. They should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to coordinate property inspections, repairs, tenant issues, and administrative duties.
Assistant Property Manager Compensation
$18 - $22/hr

Assistant Property Manager Qualifications
Previous experience in property management or leasing preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Familiarity with property inspections, tenant relations, and lease administration
Knowledge of HUD requirements and property maintenance coordination
Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities
Check voicemails, emails, calendar appointments, and dashboard daily
Conduct annual property inspections and pre-move out inspections
Coordinate property turnovers, repair calls, and vendor communications
Communicate with property owners regarding operations and tenant issues
Prepare eviction files and serve three-day notices/legal notices
Review and schedule repairs from maintenance checks and inspection forms
Review tenants’ past due balances, credits, and send notices
Schedule seasonal tasks such as coolers and gutters
Review and sign bills, leases, and move-in condition reports
Walk move-outs and work with HUD on tenant issues
Meet with management and departments daily to ensure operations run smoothly
