Sign-On Bonus Candidates with prior automotive sales experience may qualify for a sign-on bonus based on experience, performance history, and start date. Bonus details will be discussed during the interview process and are contingent upon successful completion of onboarding and an initial employment period.
Responsibilities
Build lasting customer relationships by delivering an exceptional vehicle-buying experience
Identify customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questions
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Complete vehicle deliveries and ensure customers understand vehicle features, warranties, and required paperwork
Maintain consistent communication with Sales Management regarding goals, activities, and performance
Stay up to date on vehicle features, pricing, and inventory
Coordinate with service and reconditioning departments to ensure delivery standards are met
Participate in dealership and manufacturer training and meetings
Maintain follow-up systems that drive repeat and referral business
Comply with all company safety policies and applicable sales laws and regulations
Qualifications
Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
Candidates with prior automotive sales experience may be eligible for a sign-on bonus
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-first mindset are essential
Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, finance, or related fields is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to pass background and drug screening
