Key Responsibilities

Operational Management: Manages operations of the Transitional Rent and Housing Trio Programs (Housing Transition Navigation Services, Housing Deposits, and Housing Tenancy and Sustaining Services), ensuring high‑quality service delivery and coordination across all roles.
Staff Supervision: Recruiting, training, managing, and providing ongoing support to housing navigators.
Client Support: Ensures staff help members find housing (Housing Transition & Navigation), cover move‑in costs (Housing Deposits), and stay housed (Housing Tenancy & Sustaining Services).
Client Services: Effectively deliver services, manage caseloads (often with housing navigators), address client needs (health, housing, benefits), and provide crisis response.
Budget & Reporting: Manage program budgets, oversee data/record keeping, and prepare reports.
Collaboration: Work with Managed Care Plans, counties, and community organizations to integrate care.
Compliance: Ensure documentation and services meet program guidelines and quality standards.
Housing Assistance: Help members find housing, complete applications, secure deposits, and manage move‑ins.
