Earthwork Foreman
to guide and mentor construction crews across roadwork and grading projects in the Tulsa region. This is more than just a foreman position—it’s a leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to keep projects on track, people motivated, and safety front and center. Prior road construction experience is not just preferred—it’s required. What You’ll Do
Supervise and lead crews performing excavation, grading, and base work on roadway projects Interpret plans, assign daily tasks, and ensure accurate execution Conduct daily safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture Track and manage labor, materials, and equipment on-site Report crew time, performance, and productivity daily Communicate clearly with project managers, superintendents, and other trades Use tablets and digital systems (Workforce) for forms including Daily Reports, Appraisals, Expenses, and more Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a foreman or crew leader in heavy civil or road construction Strong knowledge of earthwork operations—cut/fill, grading, compaction Ability to read and interpret construction plans Proven leadership and communication skills Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug/alcohol, MVR, background check) What We Offer
